A catholic co-educational Institution of Minority Status, was started in June 1987 and is run by the SANTHOME CHARITABLE TRUST OF KALYAN of the Diocese of Kalyan in collaboration with the sisters of Franciscan Clarist Congregation. Diocese of Kalyan was erected in 1988 by Papal Bull for the People of Syro Malabar Church in Maharashtra. It comprises 14 districts of the State within the ecclesiastical territories of Mumbai, Pune and Nashik.
