The online application form for admission to Nursery, L.KG, and U.KG will be available on the school website www.alphonsakalewadi.in from December 26th to 28th, 2024.
 

Note: Admissions will not be processed without the submission of the online application form.

The age criteria for admission are as follows:

Parents are required to bring the completed admission application form, along with the original documents and self-attested copies listed below, during the admission process on 6th and 7th January 2024, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Duly filled admission application form
  2. Recent family photo (4×5 cm) consisting of the student, father, and mother
  3. Municipal Birth Certificate of the student
  4. Baptism Certificate (applicable for Christian students

Application form fees of Rs. 500/- in cash to be paid during the process of school admission.

Submission of documents and payment of total fees can be completed from 2nd of December 2024, Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
