The online application form for admission to Nursery,  available on the school website www.alphonsakalewadi.in from December 27th to 29th, 2024.
 

Note: Admissions will not be processed without the submission of the online application form.

Parents are required to bring the completed admission application form, along with the original documents and self-attested copies listed below, during the admission process on 6th and 7th January 2025, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Duly filled admission application form
  2. A recent family photo (4×5 cm) consisting of the student, father, and mother
  3. Municipal Birth Certificate of the student (original & xerox)
  4. Baptism Certificate (applicable for Christian students)

Application form fees of Rs. 500/- in cash to be paid during the process of school admission.
